As the Culture and Membership Lead at For Them, I was at the heart of some major product drops—like the caps, Binder MAX, The For Them Membership, and gender-expansive underwear—that really spoke to our community's needs. My role was all about creating the vibe around these launches, making sure each one felt meaningful and connected to our mission of providing gender-affirming products. From hyping up Binder MAX as a next-level binder for comfort and support to introducing the gender-expansive underwear that reflected the diversity of our community, I crafted campaigns that not only highlighted the products but also the values behind them. With the launch of The For Them Membership, I focused on deepening engagement, building a space where members felt truly seen, supported, and celebrated. Everything we did was about building trust and creating a brand experience that felt inclusive, affirming, and aligned with the community’s needs.
