Out-of-home (OOH) campaigns are such a powerful way to connect with people IRL, especially when it comes to creating a sense of community and belonging. At Lex, I worked on DIY OOH campaigns that felt authentic and grassroots, focusing on getting our message out there in a way that really resonated with the community. We made creative use of street art, posters, and local spaces to bring Lex's vibe to life offline, showing up in places where our audience was already hanging out. On the other hand, at For Them, I contributed to high-production OOH campaigns that were bigger in scale, using billboards and digital displays to amplify our message to a wider audience. The focus was still on keeping things inclusive and authentic, but we took it up a notch, creating bold visuals and storytelling that showcased our gender-affirming products in an eye-catching, impactful way. Both experiences taught me how OOH can be a game-changer for building visibility and connection, no matter the budget.
